Draft for legal review. This page describes how the site works today; its final wording comes from TechnoBerg’s legal adviser.
Who this covers
This policy covers the TechnoBerg website and the enquiry forms on it. The Saudi legal entity that operates the website, TechnoBerg, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the personal data it collects. This policy explains what the site records, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
For anything about your data, write to technobergksa@gmail.com.
To confirmThe entity’s exact legal name, as on its Commercial Registration.
What the site collects
Three kinds of information, and nothing else.
- What you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your country, your organisation where the form asks for it, the details that form needs (a programme, a job title or an area of interest, for example), your message, and whether you agree to be contacted on WhatsApp.
- What the form records about the enquiry itself: the page you sent it from, the campaign link you arrived through if there was one, the language version you used, the date and time, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to.
- What is needed to serve the page and protect the forms: standard server records such as the request time and the address it came from, kept briefly for security and to limit repeated submissions.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to send it to the team responsible for that subject and country, and to keep a record of what was asked and what was answered.
Enquiries are not used for unrelated marketing, and they are not sold or shared for anyone else’s advertising. The forms ask you not to send passwords, access keys or confidential details, and we ask you to follow that.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in TechnoBerg’s own administration system and are visible only to staff accounts whose role needs them. They are never published on the site.
To confirmWhether enquiries are also sent to an external CRM or email service, and if so which one and in which country it stores the data.
How long it is kept
General enquiries are kept for at most 24 months from the last active communication, then securely deleted or anonymised, unless a legal or contractual reason requires us to keep them longer.
Job applications that are not successful are kept for at most 12 months, with the applicant’s consent, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to technobergksa@gmail.com and we will reply within the period the applicable law allows.
When you send an enquiry you agree to this wording: “I agree that TechnoBerg may use these details to reply to my enquiry, as set out in the Privacy Policy.” We keep the version you agreed to with your enquiry.
To confirmThe data protection law that applies and the period within which a request is answered.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes are described rather than made quietly.
