Careers

A company that grows its own engineers.

TechnoBerg hires engineers and researchers, and develops people from within through its own programmes, labs and projects.

Open roles0

No roles are open at the moment.

When a position opens it appears here, with the work, the location and what the team needs. Until then, if you build things you are proud of, write to us anyway and tell us what you have built.

How we get to know people

Most companies meet a candidate for the first time in an interview. We would rather see the work first, over months: in courses, labs, capstones and supervised projects. The interview then confirms the fit.

Explore the education programmes
  1. Attract and train

Courses, labs, projects and challenges that attract talent and build strong technical foundations.

  2. Observe and validate

Verified performance through labs, capstones, teamwork, documentation, problem-solving and responsible engineering.

  3. Incubate

Structured paid internships, apprenticeships or project residencies, with mentors, defined learning outcomes and regular reviews.

  4. Deploy responsibly

Supervised work on approved projects, matched to competence, consent, safety and academic commitments.

  5. Hire and retain

Merit-based offers to proven candidates, by business need, role readiness and transparent selection criteria.

  6. Reinvest and repeat

What projects and alumni teach us goes back into R&D, facilities, scholarships and the next cohort.

What we promise every intern and apprentice

  • Real roles

A written scope of work. Interns and learners never stand in for regular employees.

  • Supervision

Qualified supervision, measurable learning outcomes and reasonable hours.

  • Fair pay

Fair compensation wherever productive work is performed, as the law requires.

  • Consent and fairness

Informed consent, equal opportunity, academic integrity, and protection of your data and your work.

  • Safety

Safety controls on every project and in every lab.

  • The law, everywhere

Full compliance with the education, internship, labour and immigration rules of each country.
