Education and talent

Learn the technologies we build.

Twenty-five programmes in seven pathways, from a short session in a school to a twelve-month qualifying programme, and three AI and robotics laboratory models for schools.

Learn by building

Built around practical work, from the first week.

  • Hands soldering a wire onto a small board

At least half the hours are hands-on.

In every qualifying course and programme, lab and practical work make up half or more of the planned hours.

  • A 3D printer head at work, lit orange

Every pathway ends in something you made.

Capstones, industry projects and portfolios, assessed on the work itself.

  • A hand reaching for a yellow robotic hand

Taught on the technologies we build.

AI, robotics, embedded systems, cybersecurity and software: the fields TechnoBerg researches and engineers.

  • A row of 3D printers on a workbench

    Laboratories that arrive complete.

Each school lab model comes with its equipment, software, curriculum, installation and teacher training.

Seven pathways

Every programme, grouped by who it is for

Choose a pathway to see its programmes. Each programme will have its own page, with the syllabus, the tools, how it is assessed and the next start date.

Talent pathway

From learning to a technology career

We identify high-potential people through sustained practical performance, not a single interview, and prepare suitable candidates for future product, engineering and R&D roles.

  1. Learn

Courses, labs, projects and challenges build strong technical foundations.

  2. Build

Learners apply what they learn in labs, capstones and supervised project work.

  3. Validate

Performance is assessed over time: problem-solving, teamwork, documentation and discipline.

  4. Incubate

Selected candidates may be offered paid internships, apprenticeships or project residencies, with mentors.

  5. Hire

Merit-based offers, according to business need, role readiness and transparent selection criteria.

  • Merit, not promises.

Internships, placements and employment are never guaranteed. Opportunities are merit-based and subject to availability, legal eligibility and formal selection.

  • Supervised and fair.

Every placement has a written role scope, qualified supervision, measurable learning outcomes and fair pay where work is done.

  • Safe, and by consent.

Informed consent, reasonable hours, safety controls and data protection, within the law for education and work.
