Research to impact

From research to impact

Every programme progresses through evidence-based stages. Clear development-status labels help partners understand what is exploratory, what is being engineered and what is ready for real-world engagement.

  1. Discover

A real problem, and the question worth asking about it.

  2. Research

Investigation and feasibility, before anything is built.

  3. Prototype

A working system that can be shown and tested.

  4. Validate

Performance and safety, measured against the question.

  5. Pilot

A bounded trial in the field, with a partner.

  6. Productise or deploy

A supported product, or a solution in service.

What each status means

Every project carries one of these labels. A label moves up only when the technical lead supplies evidence and the Founder approves it.

StatusWhat it meansWhat you can ask for
ResearchInvestigation or feasibility work; no validated prototype claim.Discuss research
ConceptA defined product or system concept; specifications may change.Explore partnership
PrototypeA working prototype exists and can be evidenced.Request demonstration
In DevelopmentEngineering work is active; not commercially released.Discuss co-development

Smart World Cup AI platform

An AI-powered smart event platform concept focused on crowd intelligence, safety, mobility and operational visibility. The R&D team completed an initial concept proposal, technical roadmap, demonstration video and working proof of concept.

Completed as an independent R&D concept. It does not represent official approval, appointment or endorsement by FIFA or any organising authority.

This product or research programme is under development. Features, specifications, configuration, validation results, availability and commercial terms may change as engineering and testing progress.

Drone technology is an R&D domain open to collaboration. There is no drone product yet.
